What is the service you are offering?

In the simplest terms, we offer a service that will monitor and alert a website owner in the case that the site goes down or is in a non-functioning state.

An email will be sent to the site owner alerting them that their site is down or non-functional.

How will I be alerted?

The site owner will get an email alert once we detect that the site is in a non-functional state.  Email alerts will keep going out to the site owner until the issue is resolved.  This process ensures that the site owner is aware of the issue/s and is taking measures to fix it.

How do I fix the issue with my site being down?

You should contact the person that has created the site for you.  If you are no longer using that person, you can talk to us about taking over the maintenance of your site so that incase your site does go down, we can quickly resolve the issue on your behalf.

How will I be billed?

You can opt to be billed monthly or yearly.  We do offer discounts on yearly subscriptions.  Please navigate to our plans page to view all plans.

Do you offer a one month free promotion?

Our service is based on monitoring your website month after month.  Offering a free trial period for only one month would not necessarily provide the site owner with much insight as the site may be fully up for that duration and the site owner would not be alerted.  For that reason, we feel that the site owner would see a benefit in keeping the service over the duration of the year.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time.  We just ask that you submit a cancellation request via the form on our website.  One of our customer service reps will contact you once we have received the cancellation request.
